Samsung Electronics is going to release Galaxy Note 5 Silver Titanium and Pink Gold models that were not introduced before in South Korea on the 15th and the 23rd respectively.
It is Samsung Electronics’ plan to correspond to iPhone 6S that will begin its sales by subscription on the 19th while continuing favorable trend of Galaxy Note 5’s sales.
It may be fairly said that head to head battle between Apple and Samsung Electronics in Smartphone market will be on a full-scale.
While introducing Galaxy Note 5 in August, Samsung Electronics had shown 4 kinds of different colors and they were white pearl, black sapphire, gold platinum and silver titanium.
Silver titanium was released only in certain areas including the U.S., and the rest of 3 kinds were sold in South Korea. Pink gold will be a new product that will be shown and it will be sold in certain countries including South Korea.
Silver titanium has a substantially illustrious body and presents city-like and classy feeling, which strengthens Galaxy Note 5’s luxurious design even more. On the other hand, pink gold has an elegant and deep feel to it. Samsung Electronics had finished 5 different color lineups of Galaxy Note 5.

“Newly-released silver titanium and pink gold colors will represent beauty of Galaxy Note 5 even more. Both colors satisfy elegant class and youthful sensitivity at the same time and will win over consumers’ feelings.” Said a person affiliated with Samsung Electronics with confidence.
Before releasing Galaxy Note 5, Samsung Electronics had finished preparing to compete against iPhone 6S by adding new colors of Galaxy Note 5.

KT is accepting an early reservation starting from the 19th to the 22nd at all of Olleh stores and Olleh shops in South Korea. It is also known that SK Telecom and LG Uplus will be planning an early reservation with a similar method and during similar time.
There are clouds hanging over South Korea’s Smartphone market as the day of iPhone 6S’s release is coming near. Apple was able to increase its shares in South Korean market from less than 10% to more than 30% (shares of monthly sales standard) with its iPhone 6 that was released at the end of October of 2014. Not only did LG Electronics was affected by it, but Samsung Electronics also received a great amount of economic hit due to tremendous amount of popularity of iPhone 6.
It is predicted that Apple’s competitors will continue to reduce store prices and increase funding of current products to prepare for iPhone 6S’s release as it seems that it will continue popularity of its previous model.
Price of Apple’s iPhone 6S 16 GB model, which is its cheapest unlock phone, is $820 (920,000 KRW). Since this price reflects on an international exchange rate, it seems that it will be slightly adjusted when it gets released by a mobile telecommunication business because prices of competitive premium phones such as Galaxy Note 5 and V10 had become cheaper than previous products.
It seems that mobile telecommunication market will be active again due to a great competition in Smartphone market. Some people are raising concerns about whether or not iPhone crisis that occurred last year due to iPhone 6’s release will recur again.
